While the chassis is primarily plastic, it feels roadworthy and refined. The synth-action keybed is notably improved; it's light and fast, though players coming from weighted pianos might find it a bit 'mushy' compared to the more substantial resistance found on the Arturia KeyLab series.
Where this board truly shines is its creative workflow. The Scale and Chord modes are game-changers for non-pianists or those looking to break out of melodic ruts. The 16 RGB pads are exceptionally responsive, inheriting the sensitivity of the standalone Launchpad line.
