Moderne nylonstrengs akustisk-elektrisk med Atmosfeel pickup, tynn NTX-kropp, og smalere nøkkelbrett, designet for opptredende musikanter som går over fra stålstrengsgitarer.
The Yamaha NTX1 serves as a masterful bridge for electric and steel-string players venturing into the nylon world. While purists might miss the booming resonance of a deep-bodied concert guitar, the NTX1's thin-line silhouette is a deliberate trade-off that favors comfort and feedback resistance. The 48mm nut width and radiused walnut fingerboard feel immediately familiar to those used to contemporary neck profiles, making complex jazz chords and lead runs significantly more accessible than on a traditional 52mm flat board.
Sonically, the solid Sitka spruce top provides a crisp, punchy attack with plenty of 'snap.' Because of the shallower body, the unplugged low-end is somewhat polite, but this becomes an asset when plugged in. The onboard electronics are impressively transparent for this price point, delivering a balanced signal that sits well in a live mix without the typical piezo 'quack.' While the nato back and sides are a cost-effective choice, Yamaha's construction remains bulletproof, featuring excellent fretwork and a sleek finish. It's not a tool for the conservatory stage, but for the gigging musician playing bossa nova, pop, or fingerstyle in a band setting, the NTX1 offers incredible utility and playability that punches way above its street price.
