The Remo Mondo 12-inch Djembe is a synthetic-shell hand drum that combines authentic djembe tones with the durability and tuning stability advantages of modern materials, making it one of the most practical djembes for education, performance, and outdoor use. The Acousticon shell is constructed from recycled wood fiber and resin, molded into the traditional djembe goblet shape that produces the characteristic bass, tone, and slap sounds essential to West African drumming.
